Michael D. Latz, MBA has over 20 years of HOA experience as a board member, community manager, and business owner.  He is a member of CAI (Community Associations Institute) and has participated in industry events since 2003 both at the national and local level.  Mr. Latz has two national certifications from CAI: CMCA and AMS.  Both certifications are given after taking and passing training and educational classes.  He has written several articles for the local CAI publication since getting involved in community association management.  Mr. Latz obtained his MBA from the University of Minnesota in 1993.
